Heating

Rentals teems:
The fees for couple included 2 adult + 1 baby (- of two years old)
The booking is confirmed when the deposit is received.
The return of the reply coupon or the validation of the lease involve general acceptance:
- Payment of the balance of the lease or arrival.
- Arrival only on the Saturday between 2 PM and 6PM (not before if after thanks for calling).
- A security deposit of 100 Euros, refund on departure after double checking of the room (in good state and housework done between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM).
- Right of cancellation serious event (with documentary evidence) before the 1st MAY, refund of deposit with deduction of administrative fees of 30 Euros.
Sheets, covers (blankets), pillowcases are not provided.
Extra charges apply and deduce on the deposit.
